Hello, I’m Annabel, a qualified counsellor and therapist with experience working with people of all ages. You might be considering therapy because something specific is troubling you—such as anxiety, loss, anger, relationship difficulties—or perhaps you’re feeling stuck, low, or simply not yourself.
For many of us, reaching out for support isn’t easy. You may be used to keeping things in or feeling pressure to “just get on with it.” Therapy can offer a different space—somewhere to talk openly, without judgement, and be heard for who you are.
I provide a supportive, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences at your own pace. Together, we can work towards understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, finding clarity, and developing practical ways to cope.
I enjoy supporting men and women as they explore emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in respect, openness, and a belief that meaningful change can happen in a safe, non-judgemental space.
I trained at The Metanoia Institute, one of Europe’s leading counselling and psychotherapy schools, where I gained a degree in Humanistic Counselling. My approach integrates Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis models, allowing me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and personality.
You don’t have to carry things on your own. Whether you’re facing a specific issue or just need space to reflect and reset, I’m here to support you.
