Has something felt off for a while? Maybe life looks fine from the outside but underneath there's a quiet restlessness you can't quite shake. You're functioning, probably well. But you're carrying more than you'd like, and somewhere along the way you stopped being able to switch off. That's usually where men find me.

I'm Ashley, an accredited counsellor and coach. I work with men who know something isn't right but haven't quite got the words for it yet. Often they've been pushing through for months before they reach out.

This is straight talking, genuinely compassionate work. Not going in circles, not leaving a session feeling worse than when you arrived. It's about understanding what's actually going on underneath, so you can start to move forward with more clarity and less weight.

I also enjoy working with men who are exploring how neurodiversity might be showing up in their lives. Whether that's always feeling like things are harder than they should be, or simply starting to ask new questions about yourself, all of that is welcome here.

I work remotely via WhatsApp video or outdoors in Dorset, and it always starts with a free 30-minute conversation. This is an honest chat to see if we're a good fit.
