I'm Beth, a counsellor who specialises in helping those who feel overwhelmed and lost in the chaos of parenthood, particularly children under 5. I offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space to talk through what’s going on for you. I work to empower you and hear your story, not to give you advice. I would love the opportunity to work together on what your emotions are trying to tell you, and get back to the blueprint of who you are.
How our sessions work: Our work together typically begins with an initial phone consultation. From there, we'll work out a regular session time. Sessions are usually weekly, either online or in-person. Throughout our time together, we'll regularly review our progress and adjust our approach as needed. I am based in the centre of York, at Blue Frog Therapy Centre, Bootham and charge £50 a session.
