I’m a BACP registered psychotherapist based in Bromley, South-East London, offering online and in-person counselling for men who want to understand themselves better, build stronger relationships, and live with more freedom, self-understanding and self-connection.
I work with men in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s who are ready to break the silence around their struggles, even if they’re not quite sure where to start.
From a young age, many men sign invisible contracts: don’t show weakness, don’t talk about fear, don’t need too much. Even in romantic relationships, sometimes the message is: be strong, fix it, get on with it!
But swallowing pain doesn’t make it disappear - it just pushes it deeper, where it quietly shapes your health, relationships, work, and sense of self. The good news? Things can be different.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting men’s mental health challenges and watching real change unfold - from emotional numbness to emotional connection, from addiction to freedom, from mid-life crisis and feeling stuck to building stronger relationships and a renewed sense of purpose.
In our sessions, you’ll have space to be seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are - no masks, no armour. Together, we’ll work gently but honestly to peel back the layers at a pace that works for you, to understand what’s underneath, and get clear on what you truly want from life and relationships.
My approach blends practical tools and evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nervous system work, and emotion-focused techniques. These approaches help you reconnect with your emotions, your body, and the relationships that matter most. When words don’t come easily, we can use creative ways to give shape to what’s inside.
Whether you feel cut off from your emotions or overwhelmed by them, we’ll go at your pace. The goal is simple: to help you feel more fully yourself, build healthier relationships, and live with more freedom, honesty, and connection.
