Hi, I'm Caroline, a qualified counsellor offering both face-to-face sessions in Dundee and online therapy for clients seeking flexibility.

My approach to counselling is Pluralistic, meaning that I focus on your needs, helping you explore and make sense of your emotions in a safe, confidential space.

I support individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal and grow. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply want to better understand yourself, I am here to guide you towards personal well-being.

I offer an empathetic approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to your pace and comfort level. I also provide the option for online sessions to fit around your busy life, making counselling accessible whenever you need it.

Let’s work together to help you find clarity, regain control, and build the resilience you need for a brighter future.
