Hi, my name is Cathy, I offer a range of therapies to Adults and Teens who may be struggling with Anxiety, Exam or Work Stress, Depression, Self-Esteem, Addiction, Sexuality, Identity and the many other issues commonly faced by these age groups

Personal and professional experience and training have given me the knowledge and understanding needed to support neurodivergent clients as well, as I understand the many challenges individuals face personally, socially and academically every day of their lives.

Life experience and maturity have increased the diversity, empathy and understanding that I bring to my client’s work and enhance the therapeutic relationship. By working with clients in an in-depth way and offering choice, I will tailor the intervention to the person’s individual needs.

My aim is to provide emotional support to people who are feeling stuck or generally unhappy with their lives, by helping them to address, identify and work through their issues. Working together I will offer you a warm, safe, confidential space where you can talk through your concerns and work towards future goals for a happier healthier you.
