Hello, I’m Cathy.
Life can throw a lot at you—pressure from work, relationship issues, past stuff that creeps in, or just feeling low and not knowing why. You might be the kind of guy who usually keeps things to himself, pushes through, and gets on with it. But sometimes, even the strongest people need somewhere to let it out. That’s where I come in.
I offer a space where you can talk freely, without judgment, in your own words, at your own pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out—sometimes just saying things out loud can start to make a difference.
My approach is flexible, depending on what you need and how you'd like to work. It could be CBT for practical ways to manage stress or anxiety, deeper work through Psychodynamic Therapy to understand what’s going on underneath, or even Hypnotherapy if you’re looking to shift old habits or patterns that feel stuck. At the heart of it all, I offer a space where you’re listened to, valued and not judged.
You can meet with me in person in Central Milton Keynes, or online if that’s easier. And if you’re not sure about counselling or how it all works, I offer a free 15-minute, no pressure, chat so you can get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you may have.
I know reaching out isn’t always easy. But if something’s been bothering you, or you’re just feeling like things aren’t quite right, it’s okay to talk about it. You’ve already taken the first step by looking into support. If you’re ready, or just want to see what it’s about, drop me a message. I’m here when you’re ready.
