Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply different to how you want it to feel. You might be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, infertility, stress, or a sense of feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Some people come to therapy because of a specific problem, while others simply know that something isn't quite right.
Often, the ways we struggle begin to make more sense when we understand the experiences and relationships that have shaped us. Together, we can take time to explore what has brought you to this point with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I see therapy as more than talking about problems. It is also about the relationship we build together. My hope is to offer a space where you feel accepted, understood, and able to explore every part of your experience at your own pace. From this place, new ways of relating to yourself and others can begin to emerge.
I work with clients on a weekly basis, offering a calm, consistent, and confidential space where therapy can unfold over time.
I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation so we can discuss what has brought you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
I have a BA in Counselling and have five years of experience across working in low-cost therapy, EAP services, and in private practice. I am a registered member of the BACP and undertake regular supervision.
