Maybe you’ve been pushing through, keeping things together on the surface while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck inside your own head. If you’re tired of bracing for the worst, overthinking everything, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you are, therapy can help. I offer a calm space in Bristol where you can talk openly, make sense of what’s going on, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel strong, grounded, and in control again.
Does any of this feel familiar? - No matter what you do, it still doesn’t feel like you’re enough. - You’re carrying a constant tension, waiting for something to go wrong. - You feel alone, even around people who care about you. - Your mind keeps replaying things, second‑guessing what you said or did. - Past experiences still sit heavy, even when you try to move on. - Life feels flat or disconnected from any real sense of meaning.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself - so that life feels less overwhelming and more yours.
How working together can support you: - Feel more in control – Build practical ways to manage stress and burnout. - Find your voice – Communicate your needs with more confidence and clarity. - Reconnect with what matters – Move from just getting through the day to living with purpose. - Understand what happiness looks like for you – And take steps toward a life that reflects it. - Make sense of old coping strategies – Honour what once helped you survive, while developing healthier ways to move forward.

Book a free introductory online video/call or send me an email today - let’s explore how therapy can help you manage challenges, reconnect with your true self, and create a life that feels more fulfilling.
Once we’ve talked through what you’re looking for and how I can support you, and you decide you’d like to go ahead, we’ll book in your sessions from there.
Your First session: Our first session is about keeping things clear and comfortable. I’ll explain the agreement/contract, ask a few questions about what you want to focus on, and we’ll get a feel for how we work together. We’ll set a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there’s no pressure to share more than you want to.

University of South Wales - L6 Certificate in Integrative Counselling skills (2020).

UNISA - HONS Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology – University of South Africa (2010).
My Approach:
I work in a steady, calm way, giving you space to talk honestly and figure things out at your own pace.
My approach is rooted in relationship. I offer practical tools alongside deeper exploration, helping you feel supported in the moments that feel overwhelming while also understanding the patterns shaped by your past. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, helping you reconnect with your strengths, your needs, and the parts of you that learned to cope in the best ways they could.
Clients find that therapy helps them feel more resilient, more confident, and more in control of their lives.
Counselling for Chronic Illness & Long‑Term Health Conditions:
Living with a long‑term health condition isn’t just physical. It can bring anxiety, guilt, exhaustion, and a sense of losing the life you once had. The constant demands can leave you feeling isolated and worn down. I specialise in supporting individuals through the emotional and mental impact of chronic illness. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, adjusting to limitations, or processing grief, therapy offers a steady space to make sense of it all.
Together, we focus on building inner strength, developing practical coping strategies, and reconnecting with the parts of you that exist beyond your diagnosis.
