Hello, I’m Connor — a BACP-registered, person-centred therapist offering online and phone counselling across the UK.
Many men come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, low, or carrying more than they realise. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, bereavement, life pressure, or trying to make sense of masculinity, identity, or neurodivergence such as ADHD or Autism.
A common worry is that therapy means being pushed to open everything up all at once. That’s not how I work. We go at your pace, focusing on what feels manageable. Not knowing where to start — especially in the first few sessions — is completely normal and part of the process.
My aim is to offer a calm, collaborative, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. We explore things together. I may notice patterns or shifts and offer them for us to look at, but you decide what feels true or useful.
Over time, many people find the highs and lows feel less extreme, difficult moments pass more quickly, and there’s a stronger sense that thoughts and feelings aren’t fixed forever. Therapy becomes a place to release pressure, gain perspective, and make more deliberate choices in real life.
I offer a free 30-minute chat so you can get a sense of how we might work together. If that feels helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch.
