Genovieve Feasey — Psychotherapist for Men’s Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing - I’m a psychotherapist specialising in men’s mental health. Why? As a mother of two men, I’ve witnessed how silence, loss, and disconnection can take their toll. I’ve seen how quickly men can be judged or misunderstood when they struggle — and how hard it can be to ask for help. That understanding sits at the core of my work. I work across West & Central London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, I support men in developing resilience, emotional awareness, and stronger relationships — both through individual therapy and group work.

My approach integrates EMDR, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT within a humanistic and relational framework. Sessions combine structure with compassion, balancing deep emotional work and evidence-based tools for change.

Alongside my one-to-one practice, I now co-facilitate MEND, a therapeutic Men’s Group developed in collaboration with Menscape. MEND offers men a space to connect, share experiences, and learn healthier ways of managing emotions, relationships, and stress. The group runs in person and online, making it accessible to men who want to build emotional strength and community wherever they are. I believe therapy should be an active, collaborative process — a space where insight meets action. Together we explore what’s holding you back and create practical steps to help you regain balance, confidence, and direction.

I work with men and families who are facing: • Anxiety, panic, or burnout • Low mood, depression, or loss of motivation • Relationship or parenting challenges • The impact of trauma or past abuse • Work stress, anger, or identity struggles My goal is to make therapy for men feel constructive, grounded, and empowering — never clinical or distant. Whether you join me individually or through the MEND group, you’ll find a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can explore what matters and move toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to make sense of what’s going on and start moving forward, get in touch to arrange an initial session. It’s an opportunity to talk things through and see how we can work together — one-to-one or in the MEND group.

MEND Group -Our Approach: • Trauma Holistic and Integrative Approach: We utilize both traditional counselling and therapeutic coaching to address emotional, psychological, and practical concerns. • Active Involvement: We guide clients to solve their own difficulties, fostering confidence and intuitiveness in maintaining long-term wellbeing. • Communication: Teaching vital communication skills to navigate difficult conversations and bring clients closer to their goals. • Practical Steps: Offering actionable steps from the first session to help clients improve their relationships and overall wellbeing. • Patterns and Underlying Issues: Identifying negative behavioural patterns and bringing underlying issues to the surface for positive change.
