Hello, I’m Hasan,  and I want to start by sharing that I know first-hand how daunting starting your counselling journey can be, as I have been in your shoes looking for the right counsellor myself.

My approach is warm and compassionate, with a sense of "real-talk" when you need it. Therapy can feel hard at times, but I will work alongside you to help build a happier way of life. My belief is that the relationship formed in therapy is a key part to how we make changes. I also use creative tools, such as gemstones, colours, drawings and meditations to help bring a deeper reflection. 

Getting this far is an achievement in itself and together we can work to deymistify any part of the process. I offer in-person therapy in the Bexleyheath area and online therapy throughout the UK working with hearing and Deaf individuals. 

Working In-person and Online:

I work with a range of people who a navigating different life issues including:

  • Navigating stress,
  • Anxiety,
  • Depression,
  • Low Self-esteem,
  • Discrimination
  • And more

Together, we’ll unpack the stress, discover what you truly want, and build the confidence to honour it. You don’t have to navigate this alone! 

I’m especially passionate about exploring issues around identity, including culture, race, and sexuality. I aim to provide a space where you feel safe to express yourself and explore what matters most to you.

Working with Deaf Individuals:

I have worked as a sign language interpreter for 12 years, and hold Level 6 in British Sign Language therefore, I’m able to support the Deaf community and individuals with hearing loss, creating a space where you can feel fully understood and cared for.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes once a week, but I’m flexible and happy to adjust the frequency to meet your needs.
