If you would like to work in-person, I offer in-person sessions at Pew House, located in Chippenham Wiltshire. Please note that the therapy rooms are located on the second floor of the building and unfortunately there is no lift, if mobility is an issue for you, I would be happy to work online with you.
I am a qualified person centred, integrative counsellor. I am a registered member of the BACP British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have worked with various organisations and charities over the years. However, most of the focus of my work is now in private practice.
I have a special interest in life transitions and change. Essentially, life is change and dealing with this can feel really difficult. I believe exploring your understanding of yourself and the impact of change, can help you to finding a positive way forward whatever, that might look like for you.
I have a special interest in life transitions and managing change.
Essentially, life is change and dealing with this can feel really difficult, we can feel very resistant to it or feel overwhelmed and uncertain about what it means for our future. I believe that working with a therapist to explore and deepen your understanding of yourself and the impact of the specific change/challenge whatever it might be, can help you to find a positive way forward whatever, that might look like for you.
Each life stage brings it's own joys and challenges, it is about understanding yourself, the situation you find yourself in and yourself in relation to the situation.
I have had the privilege of working with men of all ages (20s - 60s+) of different backgrounds and a variety of different life challenges.
