Your journey with me begins here.
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a difficult step, particularly when you may already be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unsure about what you need. My aim is to make that first step feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and tailored to you. I support clients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, emotional distress, trauma/abuse, bereavement, low self-worth, and difficult life experiences.
Person-centred therapy gives you the space to talk openly about what matters to you. As we explore your thoughts and feelings together, things may begin to feel clearer. You may start to understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns, and feel more grounded in the choices you make.
Mindfulness and coping strategies
Alongside person-centred therapy, I also offer mindfulness-based techniques and practical coping strategies where appropriate.
This may include breathing exercises, meditation, or simple tools to manage anxiety, stress, or panic in the moment, helping you feel more in control day to day.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether this feels like the right support for you.
If you feel ready to reach out, I would welcome the chance to work with you.
Feel free to use the enquiry form or send me an email, and I’ll be in touch.

Counselling for men who may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, low, emotionally stuck, or unsure why they feel the way they do. Many men come to therapy simply wanting a neutral, supportive space to talk openly, make sense of their thoughts and emotions, and work through challenges without judgement.
I support men experiencing issues such as anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, emotional overwhelm, work stress, trauma, bereavement, anger, and feeling disconnected or lost. Sessions available online and in-person.
