Are you feeling stuck, frustrated, or disconnected from your life? Perhaps you're experiencing low moods or anxiety, finding it hard to enjoy the things you used to? Life can feel harder than it should, so it’s ok to need some support to find your way forward.

I'm Jamie, a therapeutic counsellor specialising in men's mental health. My practice offers a safe, focused space where we can explore the challenges you're facing. I understand that traditional masculinity and societal expectations can be a barrier, so I provide a judgment-free environment to work with difficult thoughts, feelings and issues.

In addition to male-focused therapy, I specialise in working with neurodivergence, sexuality, and relationships.

I also offer couples counselling to help you and your partner strengthen your connection. You will improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build healthier patterns, whether you're hoping to build a more fulfilling relationship or navigate a peaceful separation.
