I believe passionately in offering a safe space for men to explore and grow, and the importance of being heard without judgement. I offer this with warmth, relatability, compassion and an open mind. I welcome whatever is happening for you; such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, sexuality, gender, identity, loss, illness, or personal development.
I strive to be led by you and your experience, to trust in your self-expression, and to offer an empathic, considerate ear, grounded in compassion and awareness.
I am an LGBTQ+ and GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) affirming practitioner and offer an inclusive, sex-positive space for those exploring aspects of sexual and gender identity, and alternative relationship styles such as non-monogamy.
