I am a person-centered therapist offering a neurodiversity inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming and sex-positive space.
I believe in meeting you where you are. I offer a safe space to explore and grow, and believe in the importance of being heard without judgement. I offer this with warmth, relatability, compassion and an open mind.
I became a therapist as a result of personal experience. There was a time that I needed to connect with someone who could hear me, without judgement, while I explored what was troubling me. That's what I aim to be for you; a safe space for you to explore whatever is happening for you, at your pace.
I strive to be led by you and your experience, to trust in your self-expression, and to offer an empathic, considerate ear, grounded in compassion and awareness.

There are many reasons you might be thinking about therapy; I welcome whatever that looks like. Some issues I have experience working with include, but are not limited to; relationship difficulties, sexuality, gender, identity, neurodiversity/ADHD/autism/AuDHD in adulthood, anxiety and stress, and personal development.
I am an LGBTQ+ and GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity) affirming practitioner and offer a sex-positive space, for those exploring aspects of sexual and gender identity, and alternative relationship styles such as non-monogamy. Therapy can be a useful space to explore and unlearn, especially for clients who are struggling with how they feel, are discovering more about themselves at a later age, or may be struggling to express their authentic selves in an environment where that may be difficult.
Film Therapy; I have recently (2026) completed training in Film Therapy; a mindfulness based, trauma-informed practice which explores film and television in the therapeutic space. Working with Film Therapy may look like exploring characters, themes and storylines to work through feelings, facilitate personal growth, and understand the impact of storytelling in our lives. This can form part of our work if this resonates with you.
