I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, anger and burnout. Typically my clients are outwardly coping but internally tense, overthinking or exhausted. This can show up as snapping at family, constant worry, difficulty switching off after work, loss of confidence, panic symptoms, or feeling stuck despite doing everything expected of them. By understanding yourself in terms of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, you can consider change, and create your own action plan on how you can live your life better, in the way you want to. I am a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who believes we all have the power to change but realises that to do so alone can be difficult. With an emphasis on taking action to make changes to your life's direction, based on empathic therapeutic sessions, I will help you take steps towards building the life you would prefer. Before retraining as a therapist I worked for 15 years in various big businesses, so I understand the pressures that this can bring to life. I have benefitted from therapy in the past, but it was not easy. I appreciate the self awareness required to reach the stage of investigating potential therapists, let alone undertaking sessions. Get in touch for a free 15 minute chat to see if I might be able to help you achieve your goals through action orientated CBT. Cheers
