I became a therapist a little late in life having had a long, interesting and varied work life. I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Psycotherapeautic Counselling. I hold a Diploma in Relationship Counselling. I am an Proffesional Member of the National Hypnotherapy society. I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am a recognised therapist with BUPA. I run my private practice from my home, which is in Ashford, Surrey. I provide a relaxed and calming environment. All of my clients are important to me and my focus is on their wellbeing. I work flexible hours and will see you, when you need to see me. I provide a descreet and confidential service and I am fully insured to practice.
I work with a variety of presenting issues. I work with adult individuals and as a male therapist of a certain age, have an insight into what issues impact men. I work for a private service provider that provides counselling to NHS patients. I work in private practice Thursdays and Fridays and have many years experience in working with a variety of clients with various presenting issues.
I am a qualified counsellor for depression and completed this specialist training 3 years ago. I am a relationship counsellor and have a lot of experience dealing with trauma.
