I am a trauma-informed therapist, specialising in helping those navigating their way through traumatic experiences.
Additionally, I am trained in Integral Eye Movement therapy- IEMT, which is a non-disclosure, quick-fix therapy. You need not spill your guts out week upon week, reliving the past.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I can draw on different approaches individually or combined to facilitate helpful and structured change for clients. Creating change is what I want for you, living a happier and more fulfilling life.
I am experienced and trained in bereavement, working with those who have lost a loved one to navigate paths they may have never walked upon, helping you to understand the effect it is having on your mind, body and soul. I have worked with those who have experienced narcissism, domestic violence, social anxiety, health anxiety, low self-esteem and self-worth, body image difficulties, abandonment and emotional abuse.
