Are you fed up with feeling stuck in your head? Maybe you are lost, lonely, anxious, overwhelmed or really low?

Perhaps your anxiety has taken hold of your life, or you are grieving and not sure what to do or where to go, feeling isolated and alone, numb or confused.

If you are a man and life seems to be a constant cycle of repressing and suppressing how you feel, feeling angry, anxious and misunderstood? You deserve to break down the barriers and understand who and what you are. Letting go of what is holding you back and taking back control of YOU, being true to yourself and walking a path of healing, nurturing and growing.

Life at times can feel uncertain and hard to navigate. We may need a helping hand in understanding who we are, what direction to walk in next, and the courage to take back control

As well as counselling, I offer quick change therapy, where you don’t have to deeply explore traumatic experiences or share every detail of your past. My unique, down-to-earth approach provides a tailored toolkit that meets your needs, personality, and desires. If this is not what you desire, and you want a space to learn, understand and be heard, then please get in touch, whatever you are looking for, counselling or eye movement therapy, my door is open.

I am especially passionate about men's mental health, trauma, grief, and loss, but my services extend beyond these areas.

Feel free to reach out for a free, informal chat so we can discuss what you’re going through.

Is life feeling a little heavy, overwhelming, confusing, or maybe some big things are happening, and you don’t know where to go or what to do? Finding a space to speak openly with a trained professional can help you achieve a better understanding to what is going on, a space free of judgement and me not trying to fix you. The power of talking alleviates the monster in our heads, which can drive us to feel even more anxious, overwhelmed and lost

I help those going through difficult life circumstances, grief, loss, anxiety, low self-confidence, anger issues, family conflicts and depression. Whatever it is, you are not alone, I know it is hard to reach your hand out for the support you need. I am here to lighten the load, helping you to become self-aware and gain a deeper insight of who and what you are, taking back control of those thoughts in your mind and leading to a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.

Our work together will provide an inviting and safe sanctuary for you to explore challenging patterns of behaviour, and re-evaluate your values and beliefs, working towards clarity, growth and increased awareness. Through exploration and commitment, we will delve into your relationships, emotions, behaviours and the experiences that shaped you into who you are today. Our goal? To equip you with tools and coping skills, ultimately enhancing your physical, emotional and mental well-being, moving towards a life filled with more self-knowledge, resilience, and confidence and creating a sense of worth, control and empowerment.

Life’s challenges do not define your future. Change is possible with the correct support, leading to increased self-awareness of your internal world, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Change is not just possible; it is within reach. Let’s sit and navigate this journey together with trust, warmth and some humour too.

I have worked full-time for several years with a wide range of clients, I am equipped with various therapeutic approaches, ready to tailor a unique and concise therapeutic plan that aligns with your goals, wants and needs. Our journey together is solely focused on you and is not purely about overcoming life’s obstacles or challenges, it is also about diving you into truly understanding your behaviours and where they began. We will also look at your environment, understanding, adapting or addressing the things that may need changing.
