I appreciate how difficult it can be to take the step to ask for help and enter counselling. For this reason I always offer a free 15 minute introduction to check that we both feel comfortable in working together. The relationship we build in this therapeutic setting is important to build trust and enable more comfort in discussing your issues. I offer face to face, Zoom/teams or telephone counselling, which ever you feel is better and more comfortable for you and can form a safe environment. I am an integrative counsellor integrating different modalities and techniques which are chosen specific for the clients needs. I am passionate about the work I do and my aim is to help you achieve the changes the client requires to enable a more positive and healthy future. I believe we all possess the internal resources to help us to move forward and achieve the changes we want to achieve.

Reaching out for help, I know, is not easy and I aim to make the process easier. Please do contact me for an initial discussion.
