You might have arrived here knowing something isn't right, but not quite sure what; or what to do about it. Maybe things feel stuck. Maybe your relationships are under strain, or you've lost touch with who you used to be. That uncertainty is completely normal, and you don't need to have it figured out before asking for help/support.

I work with a lot of men, from their early twenties to their late fifties, and what I've noticed is that once there is space to talk, something shifts. The guardedness starts to ease. There's often a lightness that comes when you're finally allowed to say the things you've been carrying alone.

My background is in trauma. I've worked with families in crisis, young people on the edge, and Police Scotland officers dealing with PTSD. I now specialise in trauma, particularly PTSD and Complex PTSD, which can build up over years, often without you realising. But you don't need a label to come and talk. Whether it's relationships, motivation, feeling disconnected, or just a sense that something's off, I'm here to listen.

I work from a small village in Aberdeenshire, and I offer sessions online too. If you'd like to see whether we're a good fit, drop me a message. I offer a free introductory call with no pressure.
