Hello, my name is Keli. I am a qualified counsellor based in Wrexham, North Wales, offering both in-person counselling in Wrexham and online therapy for men across the UK.
I specialise in supporting men experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. If you're feeling stuck, under pressure, or unsure how to move forward, you are not alone — and support is available.
Seeking counselling can feel daunting, but reaching out is a brave and positive first step. By taking the time to read this, you’ve already begun your journey towards greater self-understanding, emotional wellbeing, and lasting change.
How I Work
I offer integrative counselling, which means I tailor each session to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you in a way that feels safe, supportive, and manageable.
Whether you would like to:
Gain a deeper understanding of yourself Improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing Talk openly with someone who truly listens without judgement Develop practical coping strategies to manage anxiety and stress Build confidence and improve self-esteem Strengthen relationships and communication
I provide a confidential and professional space where you can speak freely.
Counselling in Wrexham & Online Therapy UK-Wide
While I am based in Wrexham and offer face-to-face counselling locally, I also work online, allowing me to support clients throughout the UK. Online therapy offers flexibility, accessibility, and the comfort of attending sessions from your own home.
If what you’ve read resonates with you, I would be happy to offer an initial conversation. This gives you the opportunity to ask me questions, share what’s bringing you to counselling, and decide whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Support is here when you’re ready.
I am a fully qualified counsellor based in the Wrexham area. I have over 12 years’ experience, and I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
As a BACP member, my work is overseen by a professional body that ensures I meet high standards of ethical and professional practice. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, giving you peace of mind that you will receive a safe, respectful, and confidential service.
My counselling qualifications were achieved through Coleg Harlech, based in North Wales.
Over the years, I have gained experience working with a wide range of issues, including:
Rape and sexual abuse Anxiety Bullying Depression Stress Grief and bereavement Suicidal ideation Relationship and couple difficulties
(This is not an exhaustive list — please feel free to reach out if you’re unsure whether I can help with your specific situation.)
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on your individual needs and goals.
Over the years, I have worked with many men (aged 16 years and over) who have faced a wide range of issues — from anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties to suicidal thoughts. Sometimes, it's simply about feeling lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life.
