You might look like you’re doing well on the outside, but feel blocked, overwhelmed, or unsettled underneath. Maybe work is demanding more than it used to, relationships feel strained, or a loss or ending has knocked your confidence in ways you didn’t expect. For many men, there’s a sense of pressure to keep pushing forward, even when something doesn’t feel resolved.
A lot of the men I work with haven’t come to therapy because things are falling apart. They come because they want to understand what’s holding them back, or because they’ve been told they “should try therapy” but don’t really know what that means or what they’re meant to do once they’re here. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we take things at your pace. Therapy doesn’t have to be invasive, destabilising, or vague. In our first conversations, I focus on building trust and being clear about how I work. I’ll often ask what you want to get out of the process and where you’d like to be, so the work feels practical, personal, and relevant to your life rather than abstract or intimidating.
I often support men with:
- Stress, overwhelm, and feeling stuck or blocked
- Imposter syndrome and pressure around success or leadership
- Unresolved trauma, loss, or difficult endings
- Relationship difficulties and emotional disconnection
- Work, identity, and entrepreneurial pressure
I also work creatively when it’s helpful, supporting you to integrate insights into real life through practical steps or goals that matter to you.
If you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite land, or if this is your first time and you’re unsure what to expect, we can start with a conversation. An initial consultation is a chance to pause, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right, with no pressure and no obligation.
