Take the first step, book an appointment

As your counsellor, I'm here to give you the space and time to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, history, and experiences. This can help us learn more about who you are and most importantly, how you can find more happiness and contentment in your life. I'll be by your side as we dig deeper into understanding yourself and figuring out what's getting in the way of your goals and dreams. I've helped many people dealing with prolonged anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, low self-esteem, disordered eating, feelings of self harm and suicide and with a focus on past trauma amongst other presentations.

Type of Therapy

I am an integrative counsellor meaning that I blend a variety of techniques to best serve you. Listening without judgment is at the heart of my work and I have found that my approach has helped clients gain understanding of how their previous experiences influence their current life. This gives you the power to overcome those things that hold you back.

I have found that my personal approach has helped clients who have experienced various traumas, anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, have low self-esteem, experience self harm and suicidal thoughts, as well as those going through significant life changes.
