Take the first step, book an appointment

Taking this step to be here is an important and meaningful beginning for you.

I am a qualified counsellor, a member of BACP, and a graduate of Stirling University. With working since 2009, I have supported many people on their personal journeys. I try to make counselling affordable.

My approach is Person-Centred, which means our work will be guided by you—at your pace and in the way that feels right for you. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we can explore what is happening in your life, how you are feeling, and what you may need moving forward. Challenging beliefs and exposing myths. Often, the process of uncovering and understanding is where the change begins, helping you build resilience and discover the right path for you. I have a variety of resources to support you in expressing yourself in the way that feels most natural and comfortable. Whatever you need to bring is absolutely welcome here. I am happy to offer an initial meeting so you can get a sense of whether I am the right person to work alongside you. Clients have described me as trustworthy, warm, open, and insightful. Counselling sessions can take place face-to-face, online via video, or by phone—whichever feels most suitable for you and your circumstances.
