Call

Hello, I'm Lisa. If something in your life feels off right now and you're not quite sure how to talk about it or where to start, that's okay. You don't need to have it figured out before getting in touch and we can have a free no obligation chat on the phone or on Zoom to give you a sense of who I am and if I would be the right counsellor for you.

I'm a therapist based in Kent with rooms in Canterbury and Hythe, and I work with men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they really don't know where to turn to next. I have particular experience working with:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Addiction (alcohol, drugs, sex, porn)
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Neurodivergence, particularly ADHD and autism
  • Sexual abuse
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Loss of confidence and major life changes

Whatever's brought you here, you don't need to fit neatly into a category. If something feels hard and you need a space to talk, that's enough. A lot of people find that having someone truly listen, not to fix or advise, but to deeply listen and try to understand, helps things feel clearer and lighter than they expected.

I offer sessions in person, by phone, or online, so distance is never a barrier and I warmly welcome clients from anywhere in the UK.

I know from first-hand experience that taking the first step can be hard. If you're interested in discussing how therapy could work for you, I offer a no commitment call of roughly 20-30 minutes where we can talk about how therapy might be for you and you can ask me any questions you like. Feel free to reach out whenever you're ready and I will be happy to explore this with you.
