I am an intergrative counsellor offering a genuine and non judgemental space where you can communicate openly and feel truly listened to. While professionally trained (MBCAP) my greatest qualification is my personal journey which has provided a deeper understanding of the challenges, losses and changes that life can present. I bring a long history of working closely with people, supporting others from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. This has given me a deep insight and appreciation of the importance value, trust, and understanding which I am able to bring to the therapeutic relationship. Throughout my life I have gained valuable awareness through both challenges and achievements, and now I want to implement that experience to support others. I work collaboratively with clients, providing support and consideration, as we explore your challenges, facilitating a path toward achieving a successful outcome
