I'm a BACP and NCPS Registered Psychotherapist with an honours degree in integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I have many years of private practice experience, working with clients face-to-face and online. I offer short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples with a wide range of presenting issues. My training covers a variety of approaches and modalities, and I utilise whatever is needed to best support my clients. I have experience in humanistic methods, including person-centred and existential. I've also trained in Cognitive Behaviour therapy which can be very useful for shorter term work. I draw from a broad range of theories and methods to provide tailored support that is bespoke to each client. The work we do together has to be as unique as you are. I use an integrative approach in my work with clients. This means I combine different treatment approaches, depending on the unique needs of the person I am working with. I have a special interest in utilising a humanistic approach, but also regularly use elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in the work; this relies on the concept that we are all made up of various parts that interact and support us. The humanistic approach is important for me as I believe that psychotherapists should have a strong awareness of issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion as they work with clients. I keep this awareness front of mind when working with issues of gender, race, sexuality, social class, age, ability, etc. We are all unique, with unique stories and experiences, and our psychotherapy should support that. I work with adults who are experiencing a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, sexuality, gender identity, loss and grief, suicidality, and self-harm. When working with couples I ensure my practice supports growth; relationships are complex, and every couple’s journey is unique. Are you and your partner feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the future of your relationship? As a qualified couples psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapy and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I am here to help you navigate these challenges with care, insight, and professionalism. My role is to provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your connection, resolve conflicts, or consider a respectful separation, I will guide you toward the right outcome for your relationship.
