I’m a BACP accredited therapist, based in Shoreditch and North Finchley as well as online. I provide Humanistic Integrative counselling for individuals and couples with a wide range of presenting issues.
I have experience of working with clients experiencing various difficulties, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, trauma, illness, low self-esteem, relationship or family issues, gender identity, sexuality, sexual abuse, loneliness, work-related stress, grief and feeling stuck.
Every person is unique, so I take an individual approach with each client. I am respectful and compassionate in my approach and I’m committed to helping you understand your experiences, heal from past trauma and live your life in the most meaningful way possible.
I aim to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive and affirmative therapy with all clients, regardless of how they experience and present to the world - you don’t have to be anyone but yourself.
I provide both short-term and long-term counselling, in addition to single-session counselling and Wellbeing MOT, for those looking for a one-off solution but without the time or resources to commit to regular therapy.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience of working in NHS and bereavement counselling services.
I am part of the Aashna community of counsellors and psychotherapists and I am committed to embracing difference and individuality in my counselling practice.
I also have a keen interest in work-related stress and workplace support, in addition to experience of working with elite athletes in high performance sport.
Support for men with anxiety and depression in London. I have a keen interest in mental health in elite sport and I am also very interested in work-related stress and workplace mental health.
