I have a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic counselling, and I am especially interested in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety or grief. I am what's called an integrative counsellor, which just means that I believe we are all unique and therefore one approach does not necessarily fit all. I draw on a range of different counselling approaches to help fit you best to help you to get the most out of your counselling journey. We work at your pace, we take the journey together - but you're in the driving seat.
