The moment you start thinking about addressing your concerns is the right moment to start therapy. You don't need to have it all figured out first.
I'm Panos, a psychologist based in London. I work with men who want to reflect on their experiences and arrive at their own conclusions and truth, going beyond easy, ready-made answers and symptom management. If you're going through burnout, relational problems, a lack of drive, anxiety, feelings of failure, powerlessness, guilt or shame, loneliness, or loss – or if you simply feel stuck – I can help you look at what's actually going on.
Therapy with me is a careful, unhurried examination of your experience. We'll look at the origins of your difficulties, what keeps them going, and how you want to address them. That process might involve saying something that's never been said before, challenging assumptions you didn't realise you were carrying, or sitting with thoughts and emotions that aren't easy. Arriving at conclusions can be useful. But arriving at the right questions can be just as important.
Thinking that therapy is a sign of weakness, or an indulgence, might put you off something that could genuinely change things. Change can be daunting. It doesn't have to be.
I offer a free introductory call – no commitment, just a chance to see if we'd be a good fit. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to talk.
