I offer psychological therapy to help men and women with weight loss, eating, exercise and body image concerns.

I've helped many clients overcome their struggles with food and exercise, to build confidence and to feel better about themselves.

Eating disorders, weight problems and exercise dependence can affect men as well as women. But it's often even harder for men to tell loved ones what's going on or to reach out for support.

I offer a free 30-minute chat for you to ask any questions and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.

Common problems I help with include: - being tired of constantly thinking about food, exercise or losing weight - being stuck in cycles of being "good" and binging - eating in secret or when you're feeling emotional - battling between what you "should" eat and what you want to eat - struggling to get into an exercise routine, or feeling anxious about exercise because of your weight - worrying your exercise is becoming obsessive - disliking your body and feeling a failure for letting yourself go - lacking confidence in other areas of life because of your weight or low self-esteem

If these resonate, you’re not alone. It’s easy to get stuck in these negative cycles, but with the right support it's possible for things to change.

Please reach out if you're interested in working with me. I provide therapy in Liverpool (Liverpool Therapy Rooms) and online for men and women struggling with eating, exercise and body image concerns.

And if you'd like to get to know me a bit more - check out my website and my YouTube channel, I've also got a newsletter if you'd like to sign up to receive practical tips while you're thinking about things.
