Hi I am Sarah,

I am an experienced, mature counsellor/psychotherapist.

I have supported males of various ages over the years dealing with relationships breakups, separation, divorce. Loss of family members, self worth and childhood abuse.

I am a grounded, sensitive, focused person, who will not judge you and support you to explore what is important to you and what you need.

Therapy can be hard work but in my own experience and working with others, it will pay off if you are ready to try and open to giving therapy time to work. The good news is, it keeps on working even after you finish.

You have control over how much therapy, what you need, and when to end therapy. It is about building on your strength and resilience and finding new routes if you keep feeling stuck, or find yourself repeating the same patterns.
