I work with people from all backgrounds who often push how they are feeling to one side, and so many people have issues that family, loved ones and work colleagues often know nothing about. But when how you are feeling is affecting your life, the people you love, your work, then it's time to get some help, BEFORE you reach crisis point.

I particularly like working with men because it is often harder for them to reach out, but have the capacity to make huge differences to their lives.

Counselling really can help you to work through problems that feel too big to wade through alone. It can help you change how you think, how you feel, and how you react, as well as help you understand how some of these behaviours have developed. It can also reduce anxiety and stress.

I can offer a time limited service for Employee Assistance Programmes and insurers, or a longer term service as and when required.

I am passionate about my work and fully committed to providing a free from judgment space for people to explore their concerns. I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is at the heart of the counselling process and I can offer an environment.

As an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I have met their higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner as well as being a qualified EMDR therapist giving you the best possible service.
