Hello, I offer mental health support as a trauma-informed, integrative MBACP registered talking therapist from a safe, confidential and comfortable therapy space in Darlington. I see clients face-to-face on Tuesday and Thursday and online throughout the week and I am flexible regarding regularity of sessions. I have supported my clients throughout the years with a variety of mental health concerns and everyday life issues, including relationships, trauma, work stress, chronic health, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence and grief.

My wounded heart throughout the years has led me down some dark paths before I ended up on the personal growth and development path taking me to places where it was incredibly necessary to do the therapeutic work you may be presently considering as a way to move forward and find peace within yourself—all of this, including engaging in talking therapy. My approach is person-centred. I am empathetic, nonjudgmental and responsive to your mental health concerns.

Since having received a PG Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and becoming a certified member of the BACP, I have met with and supported clients face-to-face, and online in private practice and also work as a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor at The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre in Darlington. I have previous work experience with Mind clients and Durham University students.
