Welcome to TN Wellness

Hi, I’m Tamara—a trauma-informed Human Givens Psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting men through life’s toughest moments—stress, anger, relationship breakdowns, addiction, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is practical, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you feel more in control from the very first session. We work together to:

🔍 Understand what’s going on beneath the surface

🎯 Set clear goals that matter to you

🛠 Build tools to manage emotions and take back control

💪 Strengthen your mindset and resilience

I’ve worked extensively with young and adult males across criminal justice, social care, and education—supporting those who’ve faced trauma, violence, addiction, and complex emotional challenges. I understand the cultural barriers and stigma that can make it hard to seek help, and I’m here to offer a space that’s safe, straightforward, and tailored to your needs.

Whether you’re looking to improve your mental fitness, manage stress, or simply feel more like yourself again—I’m here to help. Let’s get to work—on your terms.
