I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor offering a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. Many of the men I work with come to counselling for help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or difficulties expressing their feelings. I also provide support that understands and affirms neurodiverse experiences, including autism and ADHD. I offer face-to-face sessions from my home-based practice near Garstang in Lancashire, as well as online sessions for people across the UK.
I also have experience supporting individuals who are:
Navigating relationship breakdowns or ongoing relational distress.
Coming to terms with adverse childhood experiences that still impact life today.
Processing a later-life diagnosis of autism or ADHD.
Facing life transitions such as retirement, adapting to a new identity around long-term health conditions, or rethinking their role within family and society.
My approach isn’t about giving advice or telling you what to do. Instead, I listen carefully and work alongside you to help you make sense of what’s going on and to discover your own ways forward.
Some people find that counselling helps them develop healthier ways of managing pressure at work or home. Others use it as a chance to explore who they are, or to reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve had to keep hidden. Whatever brings you here, my aim is to provide a space where you can be fully heard and supported.
If you’d like to know more, please get in touch — I’d be glad to have a chat about how counselling might help.
