Take the first step, book an appointment

Hi, I'm Yoni.

If you're here, something's probably shifted. Maybe you can't quite name it, just a feeling that things aren't sitting right. Or maybe you know exactly what it is but aren't sure talking to someone will help. Either way, you don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

A lot of men I work with arrive unsure of what to expect. Some have been thinking about it for a while. Others have hit a point where something has to give. That's completely normal, and there's no wrong reason to be here.

In our first conversation, I'll take the pressure off. I'll explain how it works, what to expect, and then the rest is yours. Whatever feels comfortable, whatever comes to mind. There's no script and no pressure to bare your soul in session one. We go at your pace.

I work with men dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, loneliness, grief, loss of confidence, feeling low, or just a general worry that life isn't where you want it to be. You don't always need a label, you just need to feel like something could be better.

I trained in London and draw on a range of approaches depending on what suits you, including psychodynamic, Gestalt, and attachment-based work. I offer sessions online, so wherever you are, we can make it work.

If you'd like to see whether we're a good fit, drop me a message. I offer a free introductory call, no commitment, just a conversation.
