I understand that reaching out for support with your mental health and wellbeing can be a daunting step. It’s not always easy to know where to begin.
As your therapist, I recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Your experiences and challenges are unique, and together we will work at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you address the root causes of what you’re facing, so we can navigate through anything that’s been weighing you down. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
In our sessions, we can explore whatever is on your mind. All emotions are welcome here, and you will never be judged for anything you wish to discuss.
I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.

I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients on a one-on-one basis, supporting them throughout their counselling journeys.
I have specific experience working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse, utilising a trauma-informed approach. This comes from my time with the Rape and Sexual Violence Project (Birmingham) and Gina CIC, where I honed my skills in providing compassionate and effective support.
