I understand that reaching out for support with your mental health and wellbeing can be a daunting step. It’s not always easy to know where to begin.

As your therapist, I recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Your experiences and challenges are unique, and together we will work at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you address the root causes of what you’re facing, so we can navigate through anything that’s been weighing you down. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

In our sessions, we can explore whatever is on your mind. All emotions are welcome here, and you will never be judged for anything you wish to discuss.

I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.

Counselling can support but is not limited to the following:

Anxiety Panic attacks Depression Stress and life transitions Grief and Loss Interpersonal Relationships Personal Growth and Empowerment Identity and Self Concept Self Esteem and Confidence Managing a work/life balance Past experiences Emotional Distress Inner Child work Emotional Regulation
