At Men’s Counselling Service (MCS), we are committed to supporting men in accessing professional counselling. However, we understand that in times of crisis, immediate assistance may be needed, which may fall outside the scope of our platform. This document provides information on where individuals can turn for help during a crisis or mental health emergency.
1. Immediate Danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999 or go to your nearest hospital’s Accident and Emergency (A&E) department. Emergency services are available 24/7 and are best equipped to respond to urgent situations.
2. Helplines and Crisis Support Services
If you need someone to talk to urgently but are not in immediate danger, the following helplines and services are available:
