I know that life can feel heavy at times — and for many men, it can be especially difficult to open up or ask for support. That’s why I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak freely, at your own pace, without pressure or expectation.
My Approach
Life’s ups and downs affect us all, but sometimes the weight of responsibility, unspoken emotions, or past experiences can become overwhelming. Therapy isn’t about weakness — it’s about courage. It’s about taking time for yourself to reflect, explore, and work through what’s been holding you back.
My role is to walk alongside you, not to fix or lead, but to be a supportive and understanding presence as you navigate your own path. Together, we might explore past experiences that continue to impact your present, or work through current stressors — whether that’s related to relationships, identity, self-worth, or emotional wellbeing.
I work integratively , which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what works best for you — always grounded in respect, honesty, and what feels most relevant to your life.

I specialise in working with men experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger management issues, and relationship difficulties. I also support clients navigating life transitions, such as separation, loss, fatherhood, or career change. My approach is tailored to the unique challenges men face and aims to create a non-judgemental, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I offer therapy for stress, trauma, and emotional regulation, with a focus on developing resilience, self-awareness, and healthier coping strategies.
